Our Founder
The passion and drive behind Melbourne Home Projects is Simon Caven, a highly experienced carpenter and builder with 18 years experience. Simon cut his teeth working for some of Australia’s largest building companies, learning the art of project management, and the necessity of never compromising on skilled trades.
Melbourne Home Projects was launched with the mission to deliver exceptionally built new homes and renovations, and build positive relationships of trust with clients.
Simon’s thorough approach to planning, rigorous oversight and uncompromising team of trades has earned Melbourne Home Projects a reputation for delivering the highest quality construction and attention to detail, with consistent on time delivery on each project.
